Refund and delivery policy

The Automation Freelancer LaunchKit is a digital download. Payment takes you straight to a download page with all 9 documents.

The same permanent link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. It keeps working, with no account and no login.

If the download page does not open, the receipt email carries the link, and the lost-link page recovers it from your email address.

The product is delivered immediately as a digital download, and voluntary refunds are not offered once access to or download of the product begins.

If the product is not delivered, is corrupted, or is materially different from its description, contact our support address so we can correct the problem.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback or other right that cannot legally be waived in the customer's jurisdiction.

A missing file, a file that will not open, or nothing received: email sololaunch-ai@nanocorp.app. We repair or re-send the same day.

If we cannot deliver what was described, we refund without argument under the policy above.

Every document is a draft to adapt to your own work, your own prices and your own country.

Nothing in the LaunchKit is legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer or an accountant.

An email address and an order. Nothing else. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
