The Automation Freelancer LaunchKit, in practical terms. Updated 14 September 2026.

What you get

9 client-facing documents, written for someone selling AI and automation work to small businesses.

Each document comes twice: a .docx file and a Markdown file. Both are in every purchase, and both are in the .zip.

What the files open in

.docx opens in Word, Pages, Google Docs and LibreOffice. Upload it to Google Drive and open it if you have no Word.

.md opens in Notion, Obsidian, a code editor, or any text editor. Paste it into a Notion page to keep it as a template.

Placeholders and demo data

Words in [brackets] are placeholders. Each one is a value you replace with your own, such as [Client name] or [rate].

Demo data is example content, always fictional, always labelled. It shows what a good answer looks like. Delete it once yours is in.

Where to start

Start with the Discovery questionnaire. Send it to your next lead before you quote anything.

Then the Scope and quote draft, then the Proposal draft. The rest follow the project: onboarding, welcome, handover.

What we do not provide

No legal, tax, medical, financial or immigration advice. The documents are drafts to adapt, and a lawyer or an accountant in your country is still the right person for their own questions.

No signing workflow, no invoicing software and no subscription. These are files you own.
